Business Developer.

Aegisana is looking for an experienced Business Developer for our international expansion.

Do you have a minimum of 3 years’ pharma industry experience meeting sales-driven targets within Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance/Compliance/Auditing, or Regulatory Affairs?

Are you degree qualified in a pharma or related subject and have excellent or native English language skills?

If the answers are yes, you may be the right candidate to be a part of shaping the sales function within our commercial area.

The role is focused on:

  • Driving the sales process with new and existing clients to agreed sales-driven targets.
  • Researching and developing potential new client business.
  • Developing and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Making and giving presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conducting initial scoping calls/conversations and creating service proposals in English.
  • Negotiating and creating contracts based on successful service proposals.
  • Working with internal teams on developing proposals and service delivery.
  • Working with CRM and documentation systems for proposal processing and sales tracking.
  • Working with internal teams on pricing, vendor selection, and management.
  • Adding to existing competitor knowledge and data.

Proposal Manager.

Aegisana is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager for our international expansion.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ pharma industry experience within Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance/Compliance/Auditing, or Regulatory Affairs, a degree qualification in a pharma/related subject, and excellent or native English language skills.

The role is focused on:

  • Responding promptly to inquiries for our services from new or existing clients.
  • Scoping their requirements to understand the specifications and extents of what they require.
  • Working with our internal technical teams to create proposals in English that address those requirements.
  • Following up on proposals to either win or loss stages.
  • Taking successful proposals forward into contracts and sign-off.
  • Documentation and recording processes in different systems.
  • Reviewing proposals with clients at agreed review dates.
