Jorge Méndez

General Manager

Jorge Méndez is one of the founding partners and CEO of Aegisana. His focus is strategic development and implementation, planning for growth and customer satisfaction. He holds a Technical Degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and an MA in Digital Business Marketing.

Jorge has more than 25 years management experience across the technology and bio-health sector, working for IBM, Atos Origin, SLB (Schlumberger), MSL Software and others, and since 2015 specifically in the pharmaceutical sector.

He manages the day to day running and performance of Aegisana and its employees, motivating the team, and forming close relationships with customers.

He is also responsible for shareholder communication and the company’s fiscal objectives.

Among his hobbies, Jorge has been a professional snowboard rider in the Power 8 and Salomon team. A lover of speed and cars, he also created the motor magazine CAR and GAS over 10 years ago.

Diná Campos

Operations Director

Diná Campos is Aegisana’s Operations Director and oversees our strategic direction towards drug safety and related technologies. She oversees all our PV seniors, managers, and specialists, directly leading some of our more complex client projects, and is also closely involved with our Compliance team in the constant evolution of our QMS, and Vendor Management.

Diná ensures that we meet or exceed all our client’s pharmacovigilance requirements and expectations and is involved on multiple levels within Aegisana including new business opportunities.

Diná has over 20 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including many senior roles in Clinical, Post-Marketing, Cosmetics, Veterinary, Medical Devices, Publicity and Transparency, and Regulatory Affairs.

Within these roles she has worked on both the client and services sides, which gives her the deep understanding of what clients really need to succeed, and how to create solutions to support that.

Outside of work, Diná is an enthusiastic and an ardent supporter of Portuguese football team FCP (Futebol Clube do Porto) and enjoys the world of Formula 1.

Nadia Fernandes

Pharmacovigilance Director

Nádia brings over a decade of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory affairs, scientific services, safety in clinical trials, medical devices and cosmetics and post-marketing Pharmacovigilance for both human and veterinary medical products.

With a versatile background including roles on both Marketing Authorisation Holder and service sides, Nádia has the expertise to meet clients’ needs and expectations, creating effective and tailored solutions.

Outside of work, Nádia enjoys traveling to explore new countries and cultures, trying diverse cuisines, and experiencing breathtaking landscapes.
